Angular Meetup a Success as Google Prepares to Drop Angular 2.0

Angular Hack Night brought roughly 70 people to the Church Street Exchange in Downtown Orlando Tuesday night. The event took place as Google gears up to release Angular 2.0. The Angular framework is one of the most used platforms for front end development, and gaining popularity.

The tech community joined forces to hack together several apps using AngularJS, including an amber alert app, and a goat Tinder app, and one group making use of an arduino board.

Two members of the Google Angular team were on site, both judging and mentoring the participants. The success of tech meetups such as this latest one continue to confirm the city’s stable enthusiasm for everything tech.
